Race Day 1: The first day of the 3022km race
This morning at 8 o’clock, the race has begun. The World Solar Challenge, the hardest solar car race in the world is launched and once across the continent of Australia. My God, we were looking forward to this day and now it has finally come. We started from the start position number five, just behind the defending Now Solar Car in the race and were able to cover 493 km. Our driving strategy works very well and even though we already have teams of date, counts in the end only he who brings the first 3000 km behind. On the way, we have unfortunately seen namely at least as many teams on the roadside that had to repair your solar car. Detailed insights into our first day of adventure found in our recent blog and video highlight. Stay tuned for the next days!
